What's in a Class?

So you ask, "What's in your class?"

In my Zoom classes we make three cards and one 3-D item.

This month we used Forever Greenery mixed with the Gold Laser-cut specialty designer paper for our first card.

As per Stampin' Up policy, I can't stamp images or sentiments to put into the card kits for class.

Students make the card then later look through their stamps to finish their cards.

After class, I send a Follow-Up email containing images, measurements and video links to projects all in one document. This also includes any new ideas that were discussed in class.

The second card uses some of the new colors including, Bumblebee, Just Jade and Magenta Madness. The incredibly beautiful designer series paper is, Flowers For Every Season.

Did you know that Stampin' Up artists use real flowers to design these papers? They paint the design and it's photographed and printed. That's how they get those irresistible images!

The third card is called, a Corner Pop-Up card. This folds flat to mail. This card uses the World of Good Specialty Designer Series Paper. This has gold throughout the paper pack. This makes amazing masculine cards.

Since I can't send images or sentiments, I try to use images from paper, dies or punches on each card.

The 3-D project this month was a box which when opened reveals a pretty lining. This is the first box I've made that had a pretty lining. The paper used was Ornate Garden designer series paper.

The daisy punch was used as well as the new Faux Suede Trim ribbon in Early Espresso. It is truly a soft, soft ribbon!

This box can hold a roll of ribbon, candy, embellishments, tea bags, cash and even a gift card.

This is a great time to make some of these boxes to prepare for birthdays and Christmas.

I hope to see you in an August class. New Classes will be offered as well as, The Stamp of the Month.
